Previously Asia Head at BBC Monitoring, she drove expansion and led global teams. As Director of Strategy and Communications at Development Consortium since 2019, she designs strategies, secures funding, and oversees programs impacting millions. Arti founded Streeksha and TeenBook, empowering girls and adolescents, and leads Love Matters India, engaging 13 million youth with innovative sexual health platforms.

Anamika Srivastava

General Secretary, Founder & CEO

Anamika Srivastava is the Founder, General Secretary, and CEO of Development Consortium, pioneering change with fearless resolve. With over 28 years of experience, she has worked with international nonprofits, UN agencies, and corporate giants like Sony and Pepsi. Anamika holds a Master’s in Financial Management and an LLB degree. Her expertise spans finance, operations, governance, and strategic leadership. She is known for resilience, problem-solving, and uniting teams, Anamika’s mission is to create lasting impact and drive positive change for a more just and equitable world.

Anshuman Prasad

Treasurer and Associate Director - Finance & Operations

Anshuman Prasad, who anchors progress with meticulous precision, a Fellow Chartered Accountant and member of ISAI, serves as Treasurer and Associate Director – Finance & Operations at Development Consortium. Since joining in May 2019, he has brought over eight years of experience, shaped by tenures at PwC, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and Thakur, Vaidyanath Aiyar. Anshuman’s expertise spans financial management, risk assessment, SOP design, internal audits, and NPO, FMCG, and insurance sector engagements. His credentials include certifications in Forensic Accounting, BRSR, CSR, and Public Finance, reflecting a commitment to ethical practice. As a member of ISAI, he champions responsible finance with a sharp, disciplined lens.

Vithika Yadav

Co-founder / Advisor

Vithika Yadav is the Co-founder and Advisor at Development Consortium. An MA graduate and social entrepreneur, she brings over 20 years of experience shaping programs that empower children and young people across health, education, anti-slavery, and gender rights. Vithika’s impact has earned global recognition—she was named one of the 120 under 40 leaders in family planning (2016), a top 99 under 33 rising leader (2011), and an Atlas Corps Fellow. Her guidance continues to drive DC’s youth empowerment initiatives. Her core belief: Impact is born from collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to lasting change.

Sandeep Tyagi

Associate Director-Health

Sandeep Tyagi is a public health expert with 24 years of experience leading programs in India. With master’s degrees in Public Health and Human Resource Development, he combines strategy and compassion to design programs that improve lives. as a health Associate director, His work ranges from digitizing Bihar’s health system to expanding access to HIV/Syphilis screening. At Development Consortium, Sandeep focuses on data-driven solutions that promote equity and empower communities. He believes health is a human right, and his work aims to leave no one behind. Outside of work, Sandeep enjoys music, reading spiritual books, and exploring cultures.

Priyanka Mali

Head -Legal and Compliance

Priyanka Mali is Head – Legal and Compliance at Development Consortium, where she leads risk management, regulatory compliance, and the development of rights-based policies. With over nine years of experience, she brings a strong foundation in litigation, human rights, and nonprofit legal advisory. Prior to DC, she worked with Justice Ventures International, contributing to landmark public interest litigations and advocating for survivors of trafficking and gender-based violence. Priyanka holds an LL.M. in Human Rights from the University of Mumbai and is driven by a commitment to justice, equity, and ethical governance. Her belief: Hope is not a strategy; luck is not a factor.

Nidhi Sharma

Head - Communications and Digital Media

Nidhi Sharma is a strategic communications and digital media leader with 23 years of experience shaping content, building brands, and driving youth-focused engagement across nonprofit and media ecosystems. At Development Consortium since 2017, she leads communications and digital platforms like TeenBook India and Love Matters India. Nidhi’s storytelling expertise, honed across roles at The Times of India, NPR, Outlook, The Hindu, and more, fuels her work in content strategy, social media growth, and campaign design. She is passionate about making complex topics—like digital well-being, gender, and mental health—accessible, ensuring impact-driven narratives resonate with young people.

Neha Passi

Senior Manager - Design

Neha Passi, Senior Manager – Design at Development Consortium, is a creative force with over 15 years of experience in visual communications. She believes design can spark social change, using her craft to shape compelling visuals for public health, human rights, and SEL initiatives. Her campaigns ignite action on gender equality and mental well-being. Previously at RNW Media, she advanced social justice.

Shehla Parveen

M&E Specialist

​Shehla Parveen, PhD in Psychology, is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist at Development Consortium. she brings expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and evaluates education and health programs for social equity. She designs data-driven systems to enhance outcomes. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practice, social equity, and continuous learning. A published researcher, Shehla is driven by a passion for translating data into measurable, meaningful change.

Head - Programs (South India)

Karthigeyan R is an experienced education leader with over 23 years of work across Karnataka. With a passion for meaningful change, he has worked in program management, teacher education, and policy engagement. At Development Consortium, he leads programs in South India, focusing on building intrinsic motivation in teachers and education officials. An education expert, he says, “Learning thrives on trust and joy,” shaping vibrant classrooms. His journey includes roles at Educomp, Learning Links Foundation, Azim Premji Foundation, FICE, BASE Education, and STiR Education.
